So we can take one herobit and use the weapons, attack cards of others? Wait, I think I better read the actual rules first.

Hi Beached:

The general cards (+1-+5) are all similar, except for artwork. The +6 and +7 cards are so far unique to each Hero. This allows for them to have specific styles or special looks. We hope to realese new cards for old characters in the future (fall?) that will allow for characters to swap out one weapon or armor type and replace it with another. This is NOT customizing your deck, merely changing the artwork and name of a particular card. I hope that the extra cards will allow you to make the Hero(s) you play look and feel exactly like you want them to.

I should add here that any time Herobits Corp. releases new Herobits cards, whether they're new characters or new art/upgrades for existing characters, that there will never be a "random" component. Herobits cards will always be sold in a way that allows players (or their parents) to know exactly what's in the box - every time.

Secondly, As Stephen mentioned earlier on the forum - the official rules do not allow for "power gaming". You can't buy your way to victory with Herobits.

Wow! I think it's a nice suggestion, guys. Mixing the colors or making the characters look more unique. What do you think? Well, for sure many would like it too.

Default New playmat for card layout

Here is the card layout that we used at GenCon and will be using in all tournament games or demo sessions. It allows players to easily see the cards on the table and to keep which are which straight. This will also be the format we use for multi-player rules.
